  1. Take a long relaxing bath with relaxing music in the back ground, candle lights with aroma oils.
  2. Avoid over thinking any challenges you have had. Raise above petty conflict, do not take things personaly or beat yourself in any limting way.
  3. Write 3 things that you are grateful for at the end of your day, and first thing when you wake up for example; be thank ful for your health and your freedom to choose.
  4. Exercise or take a walk in nature. Fresh air clears the mind.
  5. Eat a balanced meal and aim to have a good night sleep at least 7 to 8 hour sleep.
