- Take a long relaxing bath with relaxing music in the back ground, candle lights with aroma oils.
- Avoid over thinking any challenges you have had. Raise above petty conflict, do not take things personaly or beat yourself in any limting way.
- Write 3 things that you are grateful for at the end of your day, and first thing when you wake up for example; be thank ful for your health and your freedom to choose.
- Exercise or take a walk in nature. Fresh air clears the mind.
- Eat a balanced meal and aim to have a good night sleep at least 7 to 8 hour sleep.
